Training
“With Coopera, training isn't just a collection of lessons, but an opportunity to build visions, connect territories, and generate opportunities for the future of tourism.”
Coopera is a cooperative that believes in training as a tool for building solid, up-to-date skills that are consistent with the challenges of contemporary tourism. Thanks to the experience of our members—professionals, teachers, and industry professionals—we offer training programs designed for both current professionals and young students who want to build their future in sustainable tourism, destination management, and the regeneration of inland areas.
We work on strategic and current issues, Archaeology and cultural tourism, Sustainable tourism and relations with local communities, Technical management of tour operators, Hotel management and property management, Destination development and governance, Transformation of territories into sustainable tourist destinations, Enhancement of internal areas and tourist use of towns, Construction and promotion of the tourism product, Design and management of European, national and local tenders.
Coopera is active in high schools through work-study programs, promoting concrete projects such as Maremma Networking, Borghi di Maremma, Arezzo Networking, and Siena Networking, where students experience the professional world of the tourism sector through practical experiences, workshops, and project work.
We also collaborate with several ITS (Higher Technical Institutes) in Tuscany, Lazio, and Puglia, contributing to the development of highly specialized technical profiles in the fields of hospitality, territorial promotion, and digital innovation in tourism.
At the university level, we offer specialized training units in tourism and destination management. We provide teaching support and professional testimonials. We assist students with their dissertations, serving as tutors or discussants. We participate in research and experimental projects on sustainable destination development.
With Coopera, training isn't just a collection of lessons, but an opportunity to build visions, connect territories, and generate opportunities for the future of tourism.
