For over ten years, Coopera has been developing projects that combine experimentation, practicality, and local impact. Each initiative is conceived as a prototype: an opportunity to test innovative solutions, understand their economic sustainability, verify their effectiveness in the field, and transform them into models that can be replicated in other areas. Our approach is based on a prototyping process that begins with a needs analysis and analysis of local resources through participatory and flexible design. Operational tests are conducted on-site to assess feasibility, monitoring results and costs. This allows us to design and adapt a well-defined, customized final model that is consistent with the community's needs, local requirements, and its livelihoods.

Grazie a questo metodo, abbiamo dato vita a modelli concreti e riconoscibili, oggi attivi in diversi borghi e territori. Prodotto Omogeneo Borghi: un modello di offerta turistica integrata che unisce più paesi in un’unica narrazione, coordinando servizi, ospitalità e esperienze per creare una destinazione diffusa. Accoglienza Turistica Diffusa, un’ibridazione tra ospitalità alberghiera ed extra-alberghiera, che valorizza il patrimonio immobiliare inutilizzato e offre un'accoglienza autentica e personalizzata. La Portineria del Borgo spazi polifunzionali che diventano punto di riferimento per residenti e visitatori, offrendo servizi condivisi, informazioni, supporto logistico e occasioni di socialità. Smart Village un modello per borghi digitalmente connessi e attrezzati per il lavoro da remoto, ideali per attrarre nomadi digitali, professionisti e nuovi abitanti. La Ciclostazione infrastruttura per la mobilità sostenibile, che connette città e aree interne attraverso percorsi ciclabili, servizi per i cicloturisti e punti di accesso al territorio in chiave green.
Each project is designed as a laboratory for local innovation, where methodologies can be learned, local expertise developed, and time, cost, and resource requirements measured. We don't sell pre-packaged solutions, but rather processes to be adapted, supporting local communities in customizing and independently managing the models.
With Coopera, experimentation becomes strategy, and every village can transform into an active center of social and tourism innovation.
