For over ten years, Coopera has been developing projects that combine experimentation, practicality, and local impact. Each initiative is conceived as a prototype: an opportunity to test innovative solutions, understand their economic sustainability, verify their effectiveness in the field, and transform them into models that can be replicated in other areas. Our approach is based on a prototyping process that begins with a needs analysis and analysis of local resources through participatory and flexible design. Operational tests are conducted on-site to assess feasibility, monitoring results and costs. This allows us to design and adapt a well-defined, customized final model that is consistent with the community's needs, local requirements, and its livelihoods.

Thanks to this method, we have created concrete and recognizable models, now active in various villages and regions. The Homogeneous Village Product: an integrated tourism offering model that unites multiple villages in a single narrative, coordinating services, hospitality, and experiences to create a widespread destination. Widespread Tourist Reception, a hybrid of hotel and non-hotel hospitality, which enhances unused real estate and offers authentic and personalized hospitality. The Village Concierge: multifunctional spaces that become a point of reference for residents and visitors, offering shared services, information, logistical support, and social opportunities. The Smart Village: a model for digitally connected villages equipped for remote working, ideal for attracting digital nomads, professionals, and new residents. The Cycle Station: an infrastructure for sustainable mobility, connecting cities and inland areas through cycle paths, services for cycle tourists, and green access points to the territory.
Each project is designed as a laboratory for local innovation, where methodologies can be learned, local expertise developed, and time, cost, and resource requirements measured. We don't sell pre-packaged solutions, but rather processes to be adapted, supporting local communities in customizing and independently managing the models.
